Several readers have asked me for details regarding the affirmation technique to induce an out-of-body experience. So I will share with you some additional advice.
The most important element, regardless of the method used, is to be in a state of deep relaxation. The goal is to achieve maximum sensory reduction, in order to be fully connected with one's inner self and to cut ties with the physical environment. Consciousness is then at the subconscious level. For this, there are different approaches that you will find in my book, on the internet, in online training courses (I recommend William Buhlman, Jade Shaw, Romain Clément,), in physical workshops (Jade Shaw, Romain Clément, Borvo, Thierry Cantara) but also in the books of great OBE experts (William Buhlman, Bob Peterson, Robert Monroe, Akhena, Romain Clément, Borvo).
Once what I call the ideal state of consciousness is reached (deep relaxation), begin the method. It is not about mindlessly repeating an affirmation until falling asleep, but about implanting an order or a desire in your subconscious. My way of doing it is not to ask to live an out-of-body experience such as "I ask to leave my body!", but to note that I am already out!
I imagine or feel myself being far from my body of flesh and I note: "I am out-of-body now!" while feeling the immense joy of having succeeded. I convince myself that I am already in another reality, by gently repeating my affirmation, like a lullaby, while falling asleep. My preference is to imagine myself in my childhood bedroom and to quietly repeat my sentence. The emotion that visualization provides is very important. You can include a movement such as watching a sunset on a beach while swinging. The point is to practice with pleasure and feel the immense joy of being out of your body.
You can achieve the experience quickly as it can take several weeks. Everything will depend on your level of involvement, your quality of relaxation, concentration and your perseverance.
Wishing you a nice journey.
Franck
