Karen's Music is a composition I created for my wife. It is primarily based around the frequency 396 Hz.

The 396 Hz frequency is one of the sacred Solfeggio frequencies. It is commonly linked to the release of fear and emotional blockages.


  1. Releases unconscious fears

  2. Reduces feelings of guilt and shame

  3. Promotes deep grounding and connection to self

  4. Helps overcome emotional trauma

  5. Activates inner strength and a sense of safety

  6. Supports inner peace and emotional balance
